Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bloom and Be. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our comprehensive refund and return policy.

 

  1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received. We will try our best to resolve your query, but if the order has already been processed, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

All confirmed orders will be subject to our return policy outlined below.

  1. Returns & Refunds (Purchases from Website Only)

2.1 Faulty or Damaged Items, Fulfilment Errors

We are committed to your satisfaction and are sorry to hear if you have received a faulty or damaged item or experienced a fulfilment error. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) are damaged
  • Photographic evidence and description

Please do not send back the damaged goods unless advised by our support team, as this may result in a slower resolution time. We cannot action a replacement unless proof of damage has been verified by a support team member.

2.2 Returning Unopened Products (Store Credit/Exchange Only)

Should you wish to return your products, please contact us at hello@bloomandbe.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order details and reason for return. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with its packaging intact (i.e., in a security seal unopened). If we approve your return, please return the unopened items to us within 7 days of approval. Shipping for the return is at the customer’s expense, and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. Please include the return form that will be emailed to you.

Terms & Conditions:

Sample sizes cannot be returned or refunded. They are excluded from this policy.

A return & restock fee of R75 will be charged for returns and deducted from your final refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the package is traceable. Bloom and Be (Pty) Ltd is not liable for returns lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address.

Some packaging consists of glass. If the return arrives broken, Bloom and Be (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable, and the refund cannot be processed.

Original shipping costs (from us to you) will not be reimbursed and will be subtracted from your refund (even if you were eligible for free shipping).

This policy applies only to orders purchased from our website.

Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card emailed to the customer’s original email.

Please allow up to 10 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued as store credit excluding original shipping charges and the restock fee.

2.3 Returning Used/Open Products

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for opened products. We recommend customers thoroughly review the ingredients list provided on our product packaging and website to identify any potential allergens or irritants.

In the event of an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. Due to the individual nature of allergies and sensitivities, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for such cases.

  1. Miscellaneous

3.1 Receiver Not Available

Please ensure you are available via the provided contact methods (email and/or phone). Occasionally, couriers will try to contact you to arrange delivery. If multiple contact attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may return the parcel to our premises. The cost of reissuing the parcel due to unavailability will be at the customer’s expense. Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, the incurred shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.2 Stock Availability

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Bloom and Be reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund back to your original form of payment and notify you via email.

3.3 Compliance with Applicable Laws

This return policy complies with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

3.4 Modification of Return Policy

Bloom and Be (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the policy update.
